International Express Air Freight

Our International Air Freight Service is an easy, fast and economical way to send pre packaged goods to almost anywhere in the world.  The only thing you need to get a price on international air freight are the dimensions and the weight and you can get a price and book and pay online.  You will need a printer though and access to technology to complete the transaction. See also our Frequently Asked Questions for this service.

What is the process?

1. Get an online quote HERE.
2. Follow the online prompts to accept the quote.
3. Provide all the documentation including a packing list, a copy of your passport photo page, and relevant customs documentation to YouFr8.
4. Keep a copy of the documentation for the driver.
5. YouFr8 send you the labels to tape onto your packages.
6. The driver comes and collects your packages and the documentation.
7. The packages go to a processing centre before they leave the country to be scanned and weighed.
8. After the packages are scanned if they do not contain dangerous goods and come within the size and weight declared they move on to their destination.
9. The goods usually go through customs processing in the air before landing.
10. Once the goods land they usually go directly on to delivery.  Sometimes if there is a customs problem some additional input is needed from the client.

What is not included in the service?

This Service does not include any additional services at the origin or the destination that are involved if your goods contain dangerous goods or goods that are prohibited for importation at the destination.  This service does not include Marine Transit Insurance, but this will be offered to you in the sale process.
